This term on Friday we have been running a rotation. We have mixed up the classes and Katrina is running an art session, Margaret runs a music session and Sam has been running some Science classes.
Over the term so far we have learnt about a number of artists including Leonardo Da Vinci, Edvard Munch and Andy Warhol.
In Science we learnt about the life cycle of a cicada and we are doing some work on fair testing at the moment.
In music we have looked at the difference between a rhythm and a beat and created some music.
Welcome
Welcome to the Matairangi Blog for 2017.
We have been developing this over the last few weeks and have some initial posts for you to check out.
At the end of February we headed off to camp. We were very lucky with the weather and we managed to do all our activities.
Below are a few photos from camp.
